Head of Nutrition Services
John oversees all aspects of Metro Medical’s dining programs, ensuring patients, visitors, and staff receive balanced, high-quality meals. With over 15 years of experience, John is passionate about the role nutrition plays in healing and wellness.

Sarah Clarke
Nutrition Program Manager
Sarah manages daily operations across all dining areas, working closely with teams to develop menus that meet diverse needs while maintaining exceptional nutritional standards.

David Patel
Senior Chef
David creates innovative recipes that balance great taste with nutritional value. His goal is to make healthy eating exciting and enjoyable for everyone.

Laura Gomez
On-Staff Dietitian

Our on-staff dietitian, Laura Gomez, works closely with patients and medical teams to provide:
